Auto-Schedule Default Delay

The delay, in number of days, between the end of a transfer-only execution and when its child installation-only instance will be scheduled to begin automatically.

By default the delay is one (1) day. To deactivate this option completely, set the value to -2.

Obsolete Child Instance Action

The action to take on a child installation-only instance if its parent transfer-only instance fails.

The options are:

  • Delete - removes the installation-only instance.
  • Cancel - cancels the scheduled installation but keeps the transfer-only instance.
Log Auto-archiving

If activated, logs for successfully completed deployment instances are automatically archived and available only in the instance’s Attachments tab. When auto-archived, logs for successful deployments are deleted from the database which liberates space in the database.

Logs for unsuccessful deployment instances cannot be automatically archived, however logs can be manually archived in the  Deployment Process Instances search view. If the auto-archive option is not activated, all logs can be manually archived.

Log Line Pattern Value
The syntax of the log when it is displayed in the DROPS Studio. Rearrange the variables available to display the log in a way that makes sense to you. Hover over the field to see the full list f variables available displayed in the tooltip.
Log Date Format
The date format is used to replace the %2$s variable when the log is displayed in the DROPS Studio. Modify it using y (year), M (month), d (day), H (hour), m (minute) and s (second) and/or S (millisecond) placeholders.
Tag Required
If activated, new deployment process instances will be required to be tagged. If inactive, tags are optional.
Only one Validation Response is required
If activated, only one user needs to validate, even if there are multiple users with the right to do so.
Synchronize Configuration before Remote Execution
If activated, DROPS node server execute a synchronization during the remote deployment instance preparation stage.
