Component type extended configuration
Certain component types require extended configuration to further define connection information.
If the type of component extension chosen requires extended configuration, click the Edit configuration... link in the Identification section in the editor to open the corresponding Extended Configuration editor.
Note
Like any property defined in an entity, the fields in any extended configuration editor can be referenced by Substitution variables to reuse the details in the deployment process diagram.
ARCAD component extended configuration
To connect to an ARCAD application, select the ARCAD Component Properties extension type and enter the following extended configuration information.
